Article 3.6 — What If I See Incorrect Earnings?

If you believe your earnings report shows incorrect figures, follow these steps:

Step 1 — Check your release data Make sure all your releases have correct ISRC and UPC codes. Missing or incorrect codes can cause streams to go untracked.

Step 2 — Check the reporting period Royalties from a specific month may not appear until 60 to 90 days later. Your streams may simply not have been reported by the platform yet.

Step 3 — Compare with platform data Check your streams directly on Spotify for Artists, Apple Music for Artists, or YouTube Studio to cross-reference the numbers.

Step 4 — Contact BeChorus Support If the discrepancy remains unexplained, contact us with the following information:

• Your artist name and account email
• The release title and ISRC code in question
• The platform and time period with the discrepancy
• Screenshots of the figures you are seeing
